Welcome to the 2023-24 school year. We are pleased to announce that registration is now open. Please complete your registration for the student by 9/4/2023 to get a $60 early bird discount in the language class tuition. The total tuition displayed on the invoice is for the entire school year. We offer the following seven extra-curricular classes this year.

1.            AP Chinese – taught by Yongyan Liu

3.            Dance I (5 - 8 years old) - taught by Selina Wang

4.            Dance II (9 + years old) - taught by Lianghong Zhou

5.            Erhu 二胡 – taught by Bing Yao (Bring your own instrument)

6.            Drawing (oil Pastel) – taught by Wenmin Xian

油画棒是一种油性彩色绘画工具，手感爽滑，铺色、叠色、混色性能优异，能充分展现出油画效果，满足各种绘画技巧需求。它既可以是小孩子画画的工具，也可以是大人的解压法宝，无论是什么年龄，有没有美术基础，都可以试试油画棒“奶油”般醇厚的质感，或者由此发现你生来就是艺术家，只是自己还不知道。

基本的工具：常用工具包括油画棒、刮刀、铅笔、油画棒纸张、橡皮等。辅助工具需要1英寸宽纸胶带、画板。可以在amazon购买Paul Rubens Oil Pastels Set，这套油画棒性价比合适新手，质地柔软，选择48-60 色均可。可以加买小盒白色，因为白色使用场景多。

7.            Calligraphy for Beginners (书法入门）- taught by Siqi Zhang

本课为软笔书法入门课程，通过课程学习将初步了解书法的基础知识。课程主要内容包括：书法的历史背景，毛笔基础和执笔运笔技巧，楷书的基本笔画练习，字形结构和书写规律，读帖和临帖等。培养对中国传统文化的兴趣和理解，感受书法艺术的独特魅力。

课程需要工具：毛笔，毛边纸或宣纸，毛毡垫，墨汁，墨碟或砚台

The tuition for the whole school year (32 school weeks) is as below:

Language: $400 (regular)/$340 (early bird)

Extra curriculum: $160

Cash:  Pay cash at school on the 1st school day.
