Extra Curriculums
* Dance (I) with Mrs. Zhihong Zhang - This class is closed to new registration. Students registered last year may continue to register for this class.

* Dance (II) with Mrs. Heping Ma - This class is open to new registration.

* Erhu with Mr. Joel Xue

* AP Chinese with Mrs. Nan Jiang - Advanced Placement Chinese Language and Culture Course (commonly known as AP Chinese) is designed to be comparable to a fourth semester or equivalent college/university courses in Mandarin Chinese. The exam is taken each May by high school students in the US. Many colleges and universities grant credits based on AP grades. Colleges may also take AP grades into account when deciding which students to accept. The AP course prepares students to demonstrate their level of Chinese proficiency across the three communicative modes (interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational) and the four goal areas (speaking, writing, listening & understanding and reading). Since 2008, there are 10 students from MMCS who had taken the exam and all of them got A which makes a 100%-Grade-A record for MMCS.

* Classical Guitar with Steven Wang - Please note that there is a class size limit on this class (maximum - 6 students) due to the hands-on nature. Once the limit is reached, you will be placed on a waiting list.

* Basic Art with Annie Burnett

* Advanced Art with Mr. Jeff Sama - Please note the prerequisites: Students should have at least some experience drawing in multiple media, and have some basic understanding for drawing from observation. Preferably 9 years old and up. The tuition for this class is $50 per semester vs. the regular $35.

* Taichi class for parents is in the planning, once I have more details, I will update all with an email.
