Dear Students and Parents,
The 2012 fall online registration will officially start on Saturday (8/25/2012). Please register at your earliest convenience. We highly encourage you to complete your registration by Friday (9/7/2012) to help us make the first day of school as smooth as possible. Tuition payment can be mailed to:

Or you can pay tuition on site starting Sunday (9/9). Tuition payment deadline is Sunday (9/23/2012). There will be $20 late fee charge for tuition received after Sept. 23rd.
A few points to re-iterate:
· Tuition for language classes is now collected once a year at the beginning of the school year.
· Tuition for extra-curricular classes is still collected twice a year, at the beginning of each semester.
· Tuition is refundable. Please see my last email below on detailed refund policy.
· Please have a copy of your invoice with your tuition payment. This will greatly help us reduce confusion.
Please check out the programs page for class offerings. Thank you Ben, Jian, and Rihong for working together on getting this updated! You can find information on classrooms and teachers from this page as well as information on some of the new extra-curricular classes. Clicking on the teacher’s name under the teacher column, you will find a short bio on the teacher. And clicking on the description field under extra-curricular classes, you will find information on the classes being offered. We don't have all the information available this year, but our goal is to have this information on all classes/teachers available to you. Thank you to all the teachers who have already provided us the information.
We have a few new teachers joining us this fall. They’re Ms. Ping Chen, Ms. Jenny Chen, Miss Angela Feng, Mrs. Lea Gorham, Ms. Xiaohong Luo, Miss Stephanie Steinhauer, Mr.Weixin Cao, Mr. Bin Wang, and Mr. Huimin Zhao. A few of our students Zhenrui Liao, Jiancheng Zhao and George Mao volunteered to teach some of the extra-curricular classes this year. We're excited to have them joining the team! Please join us in welcoming our new teachers!
